Terms, downloads and copyright

Free downloads — what is permitted

Every MP3 on this site is offered free of charge for personal, non-commercial listening. You may download the files, keep them on your own devices, and listen as often as you like. You do not need an account, an email address or a payment.

You may not sell, re-upload, redistribute, sublicense or include the recordings in another product or service without written permission. Please do not post the MP3 files for download elsewhere, and do not present them as your own work.

Listening, sharing and attribution

You are welcome to share links to this site or to individual track pages. Short quotations from the written reflections may be used with a credit and a link, provided the quotation is not presented as official artist statement. For interviews, sync, sampling, covers or any commercial use, please contact us first.

Copyright and ownership

All sound recordings, artwork, lyrics (where published), stories, reflections, prayers and site design are © 2026 Quiet Assembly or used with permission. All rights reserved. The album artwork may not be reproduced for merchandise or promotion without permission.

Scripture quotations

Scripture on this site is quoted from the King James Version, which is in the public domain. Each track page identifies the passage and translation used. Where a reference is marked “to confirm”, the reference is still awaiting the owner’s final approval.

Lyrics and editorial content

Lyrics are published only after the artist has approved them. Story, reflection and prayer texts on this preview build are editorial drafts and are labelled as such on each track page; they should not be quoted as the artist’s final words until that label is removed.

Analytics and honest numbers

Website plays, qualified listens, completions and downloads are first-party measurements of activity on this site. They are not official streaming-platform counts, and they do not represent unique listeners. We will not describe them as streams or as sales.

External links

This site links to external streaming platforms. Those services are operated by third parties, and their terms and availability apply. A link does not imply endorsement of everything on the destination platform.

Availability and changes

The site is provided as it is. Audio delivery can fail because of your connection, your browser or hosting issues; where possible the player offers a retry and a direct download. Features and content may change as the album and the site are maintained. Material changes to these terms will be reflected here with a new date.
